History

Compass was founded in 2009 by Dominic Murnane, who has an extensive background in mechanical engineering and database design. Dominic has more than 25 years of industrial experience having worked in several fields including production equipment development, wire-processing and facilities maintenance. From the start, Dominic's approach to business was to provide exceptional service, selection, quality and value. This approach has gaind the company a growing customer base of multi-nationals and public bodies.

Helen Murnane was co-founder and has several years experience of facilities management with the Health Service Executive (HSE). John Meyler joined the company in 2012 initially as a mentor and now fills the role of Director of Business Development.
