Compass Software Technology is an innovative developer of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Computer Aided Facilities Maintenance Software - (CAFM). Our software solutions are for any size organisations (individual contractors to multi-nationals) that want an effective way to manage their plant assets and maintenance operations.
Compass offers a unique set of data integration products, which share a common proven architecture and present almost identical interfaces for both Windows, Macintosh OSX and the Web. Compass has developed fast, flexible, and feature-rich CAFM products. Adhering to well thought-out KISS (Keep It Simple and Straightforward) principles, these innovative products provide a fundamental data management facility that has been proven easy enough to use that the built-in 'Help' facility is often not needed by new users.

Our products are a key tool for organisations who recognise that maintaining their own or clients facility's assets to the highest level of service is imperative to meeting the high standards being demanded today. More importantly, the information generated by these products will provide them with the ability to make better decisions, run operations more efficiently, and achieve the ultimate goal - improve their organisations financial performance.
What makes our products different? Over 4 years ago, the core design of our products was quite basic but functional. They were designed from within a working facilities maintenance environment. Ongoing improvement suggestions were made by the staff of the testbed companies using the products on a day-to-day basis as well sub-contractors and customers who received either instructions or updated reports. Slowly the products grew in functionality and were fine-tuned as a result of this constant feedback. Today the products are commercially available but still evolving to meet the increasing demands of facilities maintenance.
Compass was founded by Dominic Murnane, who has an extensive background in mechanical engineering and database design. Dominic has more than 25 years of industrial experience having worked in several fields including production equipment development, wire-processing and facilities maintenance over the years.
