At Compass we have made our products as customisable as possible by our customers. Each customer can add their own logos, contact details, manipulate field value options and more. However there are some modifications that can only be carried out by Compass if requested by the customer, some of these are as follows;
Additional users and access levels
Our products can support unlimited simultaneous users, each can be assigned their own account password to open the file and their access can be modified from full (Write / Read) all layouts to a Read-Only Access of a single layout. We can add an unlimited number of users, each with their own defined level of access as per your requirements to each of our CAFM solutions.
Localisation of currency and terminology
The default currency of our products in the Euro, this can be changed to $, £, etc. Also the field names displayed can be changed to suit the customer (i.e. post code to zip).
Colour Scheme
The colour scheme and field arrangements of the layouts can be changed to suit a customers identity and requirements.
As a part of our commitment to customer satisfaction, we offer a software configuration setup service. So when you order a product from Compass, it can be preconfigured to work to your specific requirements right out of the box.
