What It Is
Regional Pro is a powerful EAM / CAFM / CMMS solution. If you need to know everything about your facility plant assets over their entire lifespan, Regional Pro is the solution you are looking for. When it comes to callouts and maintenance, Regional does much more than just log calls and create schedules. You will be able to see in detail, the work carried out on each asset over its lifespan, costs involved, future plan for replacement plant and reduce the risk of critical plant failure. Regional has dozens of safeguards built in to ensure that all work and maintenance is carried out correctly. If you are responsible for numerous properties, such as a multi-national, a retail chain or all your assets are in one location such as an industrial complex, shopping centre or university, then Regional Pro has all the features you will need for your maintenance operations.

Regional Pro keeps track of both the day-to-day repairs as well as the overall planned maintenance schedule. With full multi-year report storage and the ability to see trends that may indicate an item of plant my be nearing the end of its operational lifespan. In addition, Regional Pro has advanced features and functionality such as Event Logging, Time and Materials Management, Remedial Work Costing, Future Planning, Report Management and Document Storage. Although the management of facilities generally relates to non-graphic data, Regional Pro along with the full Compass Software range can store / reference practically any document or file, including MS Word, MS Excel, Adobe PDF, Images, Audio and Video. It has an easy to use interface for user customisation.

Regional Pro can be accessed securely from any location through either a dedicated network or the internet. The number of users that can simultaneously access the database is unlimited. Regional Pro also offers a 'Contractor Gateway' so the waiting game for reports is over as your database can be updated before the contractor leaves site after a callout or planned maintenance visit. Regional Pro extends beyond just mechanical plant maintenance and also includes; elevators, escalators, water treatment, emergency lighting, refrigeration and more.
