At Compass, we believe training is an integral part of EAM / CAFM software implementation. Our training services emphasize hands-on instruction that focuses on teaching essential skills, while enforcing organizational policies and procedures. We believe the best training is done on-site using real data in a normal work environment. We custom tailor training and user documentation to support our clients' unique requirements. However when on-site training is not possible we use remote training working in conjunction with Skype and GoToMyPC or LogMeIn software.
Remote training is an excellent tool that allows us to remotely share desktops and do step-by-step training or support in real time. As we click from our desktop, you are viewing it on yours. On occasion a support issue you may be having can be difficult to explain in text or verbal form. If you are having a support issue and feel it would be easier to show us than tell us, email us at Compass Support and we will contact you within 1 business day and set up a convenient time to conduct the session.
